Complaints Policy


We aim to provide a consistent approach to the high quality service of care, meeting the individual needs of all children accessing the provision.


To achieve our aim we ensure that we engage and work in partnership with all parents/ carers in maintaining our high standards.


At times parents/ carers may have concerns or a complaint about the service we provide. Please feel free to discuss these concerns with a practitioner in the setting, if the issues can not be resolved or you wish to speak to a more senior practitioner/ centre manager, an appointment can be arranged.

There may be occasions when parents/ carers wish to make a more formal complaint in writing. We will investigate and inform the complainant in writing of any outcomes within 28 days.
